A charming budget motel close to everything. I stayed here for a week during the recent Central PA Festival Of Arts in State College and I enjoyed my stay. As an artist, price is my main concern and the prices are extremely competitive here, especially given the great location. I will echo with what others are saying.... * Kelly Burns was super friendly. *The room was nicer, and larger, than expected. * It includes a free continental breakfast delivered to the room. * Plenty of parking * Soft Beds * Hot Showers The only downside is that I could never get my room temp 'just right'. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!
It was a nice room for the price. The bed was comfy. Convenient location, quiet. Walking path nearby. Small store onsite. Some amenities: microwave, fridge, cups, etc. The only drawbacks were that I couldn't control the room temperature and the fridge froze my beverages. Staff was very nice.
